We are so happy to have Tricia Groebner join our team! She is a fabulous occupational therapist who has worked in clinic and school settings. Tricia brings a warm and gentle touch to her therapy sessions. She’s busy around the clinic on Saturdays!
Tricia Groebner has 7 years of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist. She joined Giant Step Therapy in September 2009 to further expand opportunities to work with children with special needs in the Seattle area. Tricia received her master of occupational therapy in December 2001 from University of Washington. She has worked in a number of settings including educational setting and outpatient basis specializing in sensory integration. Tricia received certificated training in the High Risk Infant Assessment Program through University of Washington CHDD. She completed the DATA (Developmentally Appropriate Treatment for Autism) training through University of Washington. Tricia has expanded her knowledge base with the following trainings: Alert Program, DIR/Floortime, Therapeutic Listening Program (Listening with the Whole Body), and Bal-A-Vis-X. Outside the clinic, she enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, travel and spending time with her family and friends.

Our free monthly babysitting will be happening September 18th for clients of Seattle Therapy Network. Babysitting is available for a maximum of 10 children. You must sign-up for this service by Wednesday September 16th. Please call, email, or sign-up on the bulletin board during your child’s session to reserve your spot. Siblings are also welcome!

Our little pocket of Seattle has a monthly art walk called ART ATTACK. Georgetown business will be displaying local artsists on September 12th from 6-9pm.
