Our History

In 2009, Seattle Therapy Network was established to create a collaborative, fun, and welcoming space for multiple disciplines to share space and resources. This would be a place families could access complementary services in one shared space.

Since then, Seattle Therapy Network has expanded its team, currently serves over 300 clients per week who feel like family, and has multiple community partners throughout Seattle. And, we’re still growing!

Current Practices under the Seattle Therapy Network umbrella  include:

  • Giant Steps Children’s Therapy- Occupational Therapy

  • Sound Pediatric Therapy- Speech Language Pathology and Feeding Therapy

The joining of these unique OT and SLP practices provides families with collaborative-based treatment across developmental domains.

A Special Place to Learn

Our big, bright clinic is a wonderful environment for kids with special needs to develop important skills, and have fun doing it! We use a range of top-end therapy equipment, and take a playful, inventive, neurodiversity affirming approach.

Our 4000 sq ft clinic is home to several one-of-a-kind spaces, all purpose-designed for different needs—collaborative learning; individual therapy; quiet retreats; and plenty of room to move!

One network. Two businesses.

Seattle Therapy Network feels like a smoothly-run family clinic — but, we’re actually two independently owned, highly collaborative businesses- Giant Steps Children's Therapy and Sound Pediatric Therapy. By teaming up, you can access more specialists, more services, and a wide variety of play and treatment spaces, all under one roof.

The only time you’re likely to notice the difference between us and a regular clinic is when it comes to billing. You’ll be billed by whichever arms of the network you worked with, not by Seattle Therapy Network.
